Enatega Customer Application: While placing a order before user adds a new address, there shouldn't be "Done" button.

Describe the bug
On add a new Address screen While placing a order before user adds address, there shouldn't be "Done" button already showing up as user hasn't added the address yet
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
Now add some items to your cart .
Click on place order button, the checkout screen will open-up.
See error at the bottom of screen there is a Done button already showing up.
Expected behavior
There shouldn't be "Done" button already showing up as user hasn't added the address yet.

Run the Enatega Customer Application and reproduce the checkout flow by adding items, choosing Place Order, and opening the new Address screen. Trace the address and checkout UI entry points, then verify that the Done button is not shown before an address has been added.
