Enatega Customer Application: While placing a order before user adds a new address, there shouldn't be "Done" button.

Describe the bug
On add a new Address screen While placing a order before user adds address, there shouldn't be "Done" button already showing up as user hasn't added the address yet
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
Now add some items to your cart .
Click on place order button, the checkout screen will open-up.
See error at the bottom of screen there is a Done button already showing up.
Expected behavior
There shouldn't be "Done" button already showing up as user hasn't added the address yet.

Start in the Enatega Customer Application at the add-new-address flow reached from checkout, and reproduce the issue after adding items to a cart. The work is done when the checkout screen does not show the Done button before an address has been added, while the address flow still works afterward.
