Phone number field missing, when adding a store from Vendor page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Click on Vendors option from general dropdown.
Now click any vendor , click on View option.
See error there Store option now add a store from there
Expected behavior

Start in the Enatega Admin Dashboard's Vendors flow: open a vendor, choose View, and use the Store option to reproduce the missing phone-number field. Trace the store-add form from that entry point, then verify that the phone number field appears when adding a store from a vendor page.
