"tip" functionality redundancy while placing ordering

Describe the bug
the same value as "1%" is presented on order list and only the first button is functional and not the other two, moreover 1percent tip is set by default and not selected by user. upon selection of the first button all 3 are selected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'find restaurants'
Click on 'Food Corner-East'
Select your order
Proceed to tipping.
Expected behavior
only selected buttons should be visible as selected, and only one should be selected

Start by reproducing the issue through “find restaurants,” “Food Corner-East,” order selection, and the tipping step in Chrome. Inspect the tipping UI’s button-selection and default-value behavior. Done means only the selected tip button appears selected, exactly one button is selected, and the unchosen buttons remain functional.
