Add Food: Field label to choose category is missing

A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] After adding Title and Description, a dropdown box is presented. Without any label, its not clear what does it mean and leave a user to fumble around.

Add field label "Choose Category" above the field.

Start at the add-food form and inspect the UI after the Title and Description fields, where the category dropdown appears. Add the requested "Choose Category" label above that field, then verify the form visually and confirm the label is clear when adding a food item.
