Description

Describe the bug
When attempting to log in through email on Android, users are unable to log in unless they use the "demo customer" email. Any other email address results in an error message.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the app on a Samsung Galaxy A15 (Android)

Go to the login screen

Enter any email address other than "demo customer"

Attempt to log in

See error message

Expected behavior
The login should accept any valid user email, not just the "demo customer" email.

Screenshots
If applicable, add a screenshot of the error message displayed.

Additional context
This issue seems to be specific to Android. The login works fine on iOS (e.g., iPhone 13 Pro Max). The problem could be related to platform-specific login handling or authentication checks.

Research direction

No file or test is named in the issue. Reproduce the failure from the Android login screen on a Samsung Galaxy A15 and compare it with the working iOS flow, then inspect the platform-specific authentication handling. Done means valid user emails can log in on Android rather than only the demo customer account.
