Password Validation requirements

Describe the bug
no password conditions or format given, user enters data and then "invalid input" alert is prompted with no idea of how to write the password in the correct format.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Enatega-Multivendor main site
Click on profile(user name displayed)
Click on "profile"
Scroll down to 'password info'
See error
Expected behavior
There should be password validation requirements for a better password

Start at the main site's profile page, following the user menu to the password info section described in the issue, and reproduce the invalid-input alert in Chrome. Trace the profile password form and its validation behavior; done means the password requirements are visible before submission and invalid input explains the required format.
