Enatega Customer Application : There is an option of contacting the rider even after the order is cancelled/delivered

Describe the bug
The app provides an option to contact the rider even after the order has been canceled or delivered. This can cause confusion for users and potentially disrupt the rider's workflow unnecessarily.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Place an order and proceed to the order tracking page.
Cancel the order or wait until it is marked as cancelled or delivered.
Observe the "Chat with Rider" option still being available.
Expected behavior
The "Chat with Rider " option should be disabled or removed once the order is canceled or successfully delivered.
