Add Food: Field label to choose category is missing

A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] After adding Title and Description, a dropdown box is presented. Without any label, its not clear what does it mean and leave a user to fumble around.

Add field label "Choose Category" above the field.

Start at the Add Food form and locate the dropdown shown after the Title and Description fields. Add the specified “Choose Category” label above that field, then manually verify that the label is visible and clearly associated with the category selector.
