While rating or reviewing a past order user has to click submit button Multiple times

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
2.Place an order and receive it
Now go to order history and open past orders review any order mark the stars also write some text in the text field
See error Now you have to click Submit button multiple times to submit the review of an order
Expected behavior
While reviewing any past order Review must be submitted by clicking the Submit button once

Start in the Enatega Customer Application by reproducing the issue through order history and the review flow for a past order. Inspect the past-order review form and its Submit action, then verify that a review with stars and text is submitted after one click. Done means the review is successfully submitted once without repeated clicks.
