Invalid field for entering phone number ,hence phone number not taken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to ADD RIDER
ENTER CREDENTIALS
MOVE TO PHONE NUMBER
See error
Expected behavior
Should be a numeric textbox

Start at the ADD RIDER flow and reproduce the problem by entering credentials and moving to the phone number field in Chrome. Check the field's current behavior against the report; done means it behaves as a numeric textbox and accepts a phone number without showing the invalid-field error.
