Description

Describe the bug
If an order has been cancelled, there should not be an option to rate the food, order, or restaurant. Allowing ratings for cancelled orders can lead to inaccurate feedback and confusion. The rating option should be disabled for cancelled orders.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
Click on 'Profile' menu button and go to Order History option.
See error there that the orders which are cancelled by the restaurant , are still allowing the user to review that orders.
Expected behavior
The rating option should not be available for orders canceled by the restaurant.

Research direction

Start in the Enatega Customer Application's Profile > Order History flow and trace how rating controls are shown for restaurant-cancelled orders. Confirm the cancelled-order state and verify that food, order, and restaurant rating options are unavailable while ratings for other order states remain available.
