Enatega Customer Application: While placing a order before user adds a new address, there shouldn't be "Done" button.

Describe the bug
On add a new Address screen While placing a order before user adds address, there shouldn't be "Done" button already showing up as user hasn't added the address yet
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
Now add some items to your cart .
Click on place order button, the checkout screen will open-up.
See error at the bottom of screen there is a Done button already showing up.
Expected behavior
There shouldn't be "Done" button already showing up as user hasn't added the address yet.

Start by tracing the Enatega Customer Application checkout and add-new-address flow described in the reproduction steps. Inspect where the Done button is shown before an address exists, then verify the checkout screen no longer displays it until the address requirement is satisfied.
