Enatega Admin-Dashboard: Missing Phone Number Field in Store Creation (Its implemented on back-end)

Describe the bug
The "Phone Number" field is missing from the "Create New Store" form in the frontend, even though it is implemented on the backend. Add phone field on update page also.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the "Create New Store" page.
Observe the available fields in the form.
Expected behavior

The form should include a field for entering a phone number, which should be sent to the backend upon submission.

Start at the frontend's Create New Store page and then inspect the store update page. Check how existing form values are collected and submitted, and verify that a phone number can be entered and is sent on both create and update. Done means both forms display the field and preserve the expected submission behavior.
