Phone number field missing, when adding a store from Vendor page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Click on Vendors option from general dropdown.
Now click any vendor , click on View option.
See error there Store option now add a store from there
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Start in the Enatega Admin Dashboard at the Vendors page, then follow the vendor View flow to the Store option and store-creation form. Verify the missing phone number field and compare the form with the expected store details. Done means a phone number field is available when adding a store from a vendor page.
