Add Food: Field label to choose category is missing

A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] After adding Title and Description, a dropdown box is presented. Without any label, its not clear what does it mean and leave a user to fumble around.

Add field label "Choose Category" above the field.

Locate the form that follows the Title and Description fields and contains the unlabeled category dropdown. Add the visible “Choose Category” label above that field, then verify the label is clear when adding food and that the form remains usable.
