instead of scrolling all the way up ,adding a button that would scroll to directly navbar when someone reaches end of page.

a scroll up button

Start by locating the page layout and navbar entry points in the TypeScript frontend, then check how scrolling is currently handled. Done means a visible scroll-up control appears when the user reaches the end of the page and returns them directly to the navbar.
