PlusGUI.py doesnt launch...

I'm on Cinnamon and i know its not gonna be perfect but the regular install for Chicago95 worked for me. I'm trying to install extra themes with Plus but the menu for it is not coming up when i press 'run'. I did this before and it worked but at the time i didn't have a theme, trying again the second time its not working (it doesn't respond, no error) but i have the python stuff installed. Is there a way to get the themes working without this menu or does anyone know why this is happening?
