Plymouth: Text messages overlap each other

Hello!

Thanks for the updates to the Plymouth theme in v3.0.1, it's awesome to see it work with additional displays, almost as great as it is to have my system look like it's from 1995 in the first place!

With the new release, I'm seeing an issue with the "Please unlock disk foo" and "foo successfully unlocked" messages when unlocking an encrypted root. When the disk unlocks, the second message is drawn directly over the first one, and the overlapping text is unreadable. It seems like the first message should be cleared when the second message is displayed.

(That state stays for a second or so then reverts to only having the "Please unlock disk foo" for a brief moment before switching to X. But I'm less concerned about this part than about text overlapping in the first place.)
