Installed Chicago95 via Chicagofier but nothing happened

I installed Chicagofier on my Thinkpad X200 running Ubuntu following a youtube tutorial.

The install went fine however when my computer restarted as the final part of the install process everything looks the same.

When I start my computer I get the Windows 95 loading screen and even the bootup sound, however my desktop looks exactly like Ubuntu as it used to. When I log off, I also get a windows 95 logoff.

I have two OSs on one machine, maybe that could be causing an issue?
