Request: Integrate SE98 Icon Pack Theme into Chicago95/Chicago95 Plus!

Hi @grassmunk and @EMH-Mark-I: I know I've brought this up before, but I would love to see @nestoris [Windows 98SE Icon](https://github.com/nestoris/Win98SE) integrated into Chicago95, for users who might be interested in having a Windows 98 look available as well since they are so similar. I've been using this for over 3 years as my primary desktop and love the 98SE icons. Would love to see both projects work together to have a full-fledged Windows 95/98 experience on Linux XFCE desktops, particularly with regard to the Plus!
