Tests in language-independent data format

I wanted to initiate a discussion related to the GSoC project , [GraphQL Compatibility Acceptance Tests](https://github.com/graphql/foundation/tree/master/mentorship/2020/gsoc#1-graphql-compatibility-acceptance-tests-medium) which is under the mentorship of @IvanGoncharov .

As said in the description of the project , we could use _YAML_ for this. From what i understand the YAML file for a particular set of tests should look something like

tests #List of tests
- name #Name of the test
input #input information
schema
input-data
output #Expected output for assertions

I needed to know what more in detail you expect from me in the proposal for this project. :)
