Incorrect description syntax highlight

### Expected Behavior

Expect the opening quotation marks of a description to be highlighted grey, like the rest of the description

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Create some descriptions single & multi quotation mark descriptions above types

### Environment

* GraphQL.vscode-graphql: 0.13.2
* GraphQL.vscode-graphql-syntax: 1.3.8
* OS: MacOS
