Expect the whitespace after a field highlight not the be highlighted

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a query with a field that does not exist

### Environment

* GraphQL.vscode-graphql: 0.13.2
* GraphQL.vscode-graphql-syntax: 1.3.8
* OS: MacOS
