Flag deprecated items in the search results

It would be very helpful if the search results flagged deprecated items in red (or however you'd want to indicate this). Currently the only way to see that an item is deprecated is to click on it in the results list. For a schema that has accumulated many deprecated items, it can be frustrating trying to identify the best/current search result.
