I can no longer see outline of my .graphql files

## Actual Behavior

I don't know what I did wrong but all of sudden I can no longer see the outline which is very useful because my schema has 1000+ lines in it.
No symbols found in `schema.graphql`.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing the extension to no avail.

Any ideas? Thank you.
