Suggestion: Filter intellisense for query if already selected

## Expected Behavior
If a field has already been selected in the current query/mutation, filter out the suggestion from intellisense.
Also an option to fill in the rest of the fields (i.e. select all available return fields not yet selected) or select multiple at a time would be helpful.
