Description
This is a follow up of @jkimbo suggestion at [this comment](https://github.com/graphql-python/graphql-server-core/pull/38#discussion_r422534854) regarding consolidation of all these GraphiqQL assets into a shared template and also bring **offline support** as requested at the following issues/PRs:
