App deployment documents list item action to "Show Insights" routes to wrong URL

Publish an app deployment then use the option to "Show Insights" for a document. The insights page shows that it cannot find this operation.

Reproduce the issue by publishing an app deployment, opening a document in the deployment list, and selecting "Show Insights." Inspect the URL generated by that action and compare it with the operation expected by the insights page; done means the link opens the correct operation insights page without a not-found error.
