provide an easy way to re-create an access token with the same permissions/resources assigned

In order to ease the process of rotating access tokens manually (e.g. those for personal CLI use), we could provide a quick way for creating a new access token with equal permissions to an already existing one via the access tokens management UI.

This option could be provided in in the three dots menu options.
