Feature Request: Estimated Field Usage/Operation Counts

> Hive provides flexible sampling options in its API, which is awesome! However, most of our product developers using Hive have no idea that the operation counts they see in the tool are sampled totals and require manual multiplication to get a more realistic count. It would be awesome if Hive could calculate an "estimated" total per field and operation based on the sampleRate used, and display that in the various places that show traffic totals (eg. Insights, Explorer).

We should provide a more accurate estimate when sampling is implemented.
