Description
It would be nice to automatically inform people (print a message e.g. “Hey, you are collecting schema usage data, maybe you might wanna enable conditional breaking changes”) in case they are sending schema usage data to hive but have not enabled conditional breaking changes.
Alternative:
Automatically enable conditional breaking changes upon sending usage data.
