[License] Extend `Table` support for showing the GitHub repository `License` information.

#### Actual

Currently when running `./bin/start.sh` it shows the table model with the `License` row displaying placeholder data as shown next:

#### Expected

When running `./bin/start.sh`, we want to to display the `License` row showing the correct information obtained from GitHub.

Run ./bin/start.sh and inspect the Table output where the GitHub License row currently shows placeholder data. Trace how the table obtains GitHub repository metrics and identify the source needed for License information. Done means the License row displays the correct GitHub value for both repositories and remains visible in the comparison output.
