Deprecation warnings with latest CLI and Node 22 related to punycode

When running graph-indexer I get deprecation warnings about punycode:

Is this a known issue?

Start by reproducing graph-indexer version with Node.js 22 and tracing the warning to node_modules/whatwg-url/lib/url-state-machine.js, as shown in the report. Determine whether the warning comes from the CLI's dependency tree, then verify that the command still reports version 0.21.4 without the deprecation warning.
