Description

When using graphman rewind, it will first pause all the subgraphs, then rewind all then resume all.

Ideally we would rather have these done in batches and handle errors better so that the process doesn't get cancelled

Research direction

Start at the graphman rewind entry point and trace how it pauses, rewinds, and resumes multiple subgraphs. Exercise the command with multiple subgraphs and failure cases; done means the operations run in batches and an error does not cancel the whole process.
