Description
Bug report
When the destination (maybe also the source) of a copy operation becomes unused but has not been removed yet, graphman copy list will fail with an error Error: store error: NotFound
The code should take this corner case into account.

Research direction
Start with the graphman copy list command and reproduce the reported store error: NotFound when a copy destination is unused but still present. Trace how the command looks up source and destination stores, then add coverage for this corner case and confirm the command lists the copy without failing.
