Description
I forgot to add it as it was a late add to the protocol. We should index it and add it to GraphNetwork.proxyAdmin

Research direction
Locate the subgraph entry points that index GraphProxyAdmin and populate GraphNetwork, then inspect how the proxy admin address is currently handled. Add the missing indexing so GraphNetwork.proxyAdmin contains the GraphProxyAdmin address, and verify the generated subgraph data exposes it.
