When a baseline ignore is no longer needed, remove it

Description
If an operation of that name exists and has been checked, but any of the ignoreCoordinatesByRule are no longer required, remove them from the baseline. This helps you to see the impact of the changes you're making and prevents regressions - ultimately you're aiming for an empty baseline.
