Description
Bigqueue. Setarenasize() default 128M
Bigqueue. Setmaxinmememarenas() defaults to 3
Theoretically, the maximum number of Enqueue data is 128 * 3, but in practice, I can test unlimited Enqueue data.
How can I limit the Enqueue data to 1024m?

Research direction
Start by tracing Bigqueue.Setarenasize and Bigqueue.Setmaxinmememarenas, then follow the Enqueue path to see why data can exceed the expected 128M × 3 limit. Reproduce the behavior described in the issue and verify that configuring a 1024M limit constrains enqueued data as intended.
