Store-gateway rollout cause warning while loading deleted blocks.

When rolling out gateway we resync meta, it seems that we have a surge of not found block causing

I suspect those blocks where deleted, worth investigating at least and stopping those warning if they are expected or gracefully handle those delete.

Start by reproducing the store-gateway rollout and meta resync described in the issue, then trace the source of the not-found block warnings. Determine whether the deleted blocks are expected during resync; done means expected deletions no longer produce warnings or are handled gracefully.
