Add VS Code Extension for Pyroscope

We've had a couple of people mention that they would be interested in a VS Code extension for Pyroscope (i.e. Hacker News comment [here](https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=26485382))

We've also seen a couple of implementations where people integrate profilers as a plugin/extension to other IDEs (i.e. this intelliJ plugin [here](https://github.com/SerCeMan/franky))

Would be cool to add this for Pyroscope as well so people can see real time which lines of their code cause bottlenecks
