## Context
Follow-on from #457. Once creation-time enforcement (#580) and scripted checks (#581) exist, update the review companion and docs so human/agent review time focuses on judgment calls rather than things now caught earlier or mechanically.
## Scope
- Update `review-guide-pr.mdc` and related docs to assume shift-left + scripts
- Remove/adjust guidance for checks that are now prevented at creation time or handled by scripts
- Confirm the review companion focuses on pedagogy, tooltip quality, journey coherence, adversarial UX, and other judgment calls
