## Context
Follow-on from #457 and #579. Implements the top "script now" items from the inventory.
## Scope
- Build/harden the highest-ROI mechanical checks identified in #579 into runnable scripts
- Wire them into the authoring/CI flow (`/lint`, `/check`, or CI) where it makes sense
## Success criteria
- [ ] At least the highest-ROI mechanical checks from #579 are available as scripts
- [ ] Scripts are wired into authoring/CI flow where practical
