Block Editor: Make interactive blocks easier to identify in edit mode by showing the first part of their description text.

It would be useful if interactive blocks could be more easily identified in the block editor. At the moment, interactive blocks show their selector in this view (see 1 on the screenshot). I note that when such a block is placed in a section, it does show some of the description (see 2 on the screenshot). Make this the default for these blocks whether or not they are in a section.
