[Feature Request] Add Time field `none` for Issues

Description
I would love to see a `None` option in the Time Field input for Issues, working the same way as the Pull Request query type.
Use case: I have multiple panels on a triage/escalation dashboard that I have set as `last 10 years` just so I can get all escalations that are still open and compute some stats for them.
