Feature Request: Alternative version of `grafana-assistant agents-md` that generates a SKILL instead.

As a user I'd prefer if there would be a way to make the CLI initialize a SKILL instead of appending to my `AGENTS.md`. The reason being that the Grafana Assistant probably being a tool for which detailed instructions aren't relevant to a significant number of my conversations with my coding assistant, so it feels pretty wasteful to have them in context all the time - a skill appears to be the better fit. Playwright CLI does the same.
