Add some more practical differences

I think we should add some more practical differences in using Gradle compared to Maven. Examples:
- Incremental builds and not using `clean` all the time
- Using wrapper

Looks good. We may want to mention the two specific points above on https://gradle.org/maven-vs-gradle/ page.

Read the discussion and the referenced PR 8 diff, then inspect the Gradle Maven-vs-Gradle page linked in the issue. Confirm whether incremental builds and the Gradle Wrapper are already covered; done means adding those practical differences only if they are still missing.
