Provide metadata for Open Graph protocol

To improve the experience of sharing OERs from the Graasp platforms on social media and networks, we should provide metadata using the [Open Graph protocol](https://ogp.me/).

The most important features is to support the [required metadata](https://ogp.me/#metadata).

One can use the [Opengraph.dev](https://opengraph.dev/) tool. See [example](https://opengraph.dev/panel?url=https%3A%2F%2Flibrary.graasp.org%2Fcollections%2F366f3298-6340-4c46-930b-e88548fcc8c9).

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating where collection pages define their document metadata, then compare the result with the Open Graph required metadata and the linked Opengraph.dev example; done means shared OER pages expose the required protocol fields.
