Add file extension when uploading file to s3

Description
Current upload path that is created for s3 is quite strange and difficult.
Adding the file extension will allow to open the right embed in the browser if the pdf viewer is not configured. By default when there is no extension the browser downloads the file. This is not a nice behaviour in out use case.
