[publish] Create a clean copy on publish?

This might solve the problem where the item is published, and any edit done after validation is reflected in the Library without passing again the validation.

This could also enable versioning?

The idea would also to clean all the containing data (action, app data) so that the copy does not bring everything (that can be resolved without a clean copy)
